CBA Engineering is a construction company providing complete residential and commercial building services. It was established in 2012 by Saulius Kajokas who is a qualified carpenter and joiner.

CBA has extensive experience working with Protected Structures and within Conservation Areas. Our services range from smaller-scale repairs and refurbishments to the complete reconstruction of dilapidated properties within tight inner-city terraces.

Our team consists of highly skilled carpenters, traditional stone workers, roofers specialising in working with historic roofs, lime-plaster specialists, plaster-cornice specialists, painters and tilers, as well as plumbers and electricians.

We are fully insured including Full Employment and Liability insurance. We can also assess our clients for Tax Relief and Conservation Grant Applications.

We prioritise our relationship with clients ahead of our profits. Construction brings with it the inevitability of unexpected events and knowing how to deal with these personably as well as contractually is the key to a safe, enjoyable and successful project.
